Before this Board is a joint motion, submitted by the oral argument participants, requesting that certain corrections be made to the transcript of the January 23 and 24, 2019 oral argument concerning standing and contention admissibility.1 Given that all parties agree on the proposed corrections, this Board adopts those corrections. The transcript of the oral argument held on January 23 and 24, 2019 is hereby revised per Appendix A to this Order.
