ORDER (Regarding Oral Argument)
Based on the responses to our order of November 7, 2018, the Board tentatively will hear oral argument on standing and contention admissibility in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Wednesday, January 23 and, as necessary, Thursday, January 24, 2019. The participants should plan accordingly.
A subsequent order (or orders) will address the exact time and location, format, and issues the Board wants argued. We do not expect oral argument will be necessary on the standing of all petitioners or on the admissibility under 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(f)(1) of all proffered contentions.
