January 31, 2019 ORDER (Granting Request to Modify Schedule for Responses to Amended and New Contentions)
For good cause shown,1 Holtec Internationals unopposed request to modify the schedule for responses to amended and new contentions, filed January 30, 2019, is granted.
Accordingly:
(1) Combined Petitioners revised motion to amend their contentions (which shall supersede their previous filing2), including any revision addressing Holtec Internationals HI-STORE Consolidated Interim Storage Facility Environmental Report, Revision 3, is due Wednesday, February 6, 2019; 1 See 10 C.F.R. § 2.307(a).
2 Motion by Petitioners Beyond Nuclear, Fasken, the Sierra Club, and Dont Waste Michigan, et al. to Amend Their Contentions to Address New Information Confirming that Holtecs License Application Contains False or Misleading Statements and Motion by Petitioners to Strike Unreliable Statements from Holtecs Responses to Petitioners Hearing Requests (Jan. 15, 2019).
(2) Holtec Internationals and NRC Staffs answers to Combined Petitioners revised motion to amend contentions, as well as their answers to Sierra Clubs and Dont Waste Michigan et al.s filed new contentions, shall be due Tuesday, February 19, 2019; and (3) All respective replies to Holtec Internationals and NRC Staffs answers shall be due Thursday, February 28, 2019.
