January 15, 2019 ORDER (Concerning Local Government Participation at the Oral Argument)
The Licensing Board has received additional ex parte communications, which are attached hereto.1 As stated in our January 10, 2019 order, at the oral argument concerning standing and the sufficiency of hearing requests scheduled to begin on January 23, 2019, the Board will reserve some limited time for comments from a single representative of each government that has petitioned for participation in this adjudicatory proceeding as an interested local government. Local government petitioners need not make any comments at this time if they so choose.
If the City of Albuquerque elects to file and serve a petition in accordance with 10 C.F.R.
