UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION In the Matter of HOLTEC INTERNATIONAL Docket No. 72-1051-ISFSI (HI-STORE Consolidated Interim Storage Facility)
ORDER On January 21, 2021, Fasken Oil and Ranch, Ltd. and Permian Basin Land and Royalty Owners filed an unopposed motion to extend the deadlines for any interested person to file new or amended contentions and associated motions in response to Holtec Internationals revised license application documents made publicly available on December 21, 2020.1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(b), the time for any interested persons to file motions to reopen, petitions to intervene, and new or amended contentions based on the documents publicly released on December 21, 2020 is extended to January 28, 2021.
