Dear Ms. Chen:

By letter dated April 27, 2018 [1], Holtec submitted responses to NRC's request for additional information for HI-STORM FW Amendment 4. During discussions with the staff following submittal of [1], it was determined that supplemental information would be helpful to the staff.

The enclosures to this letter contain the supplemental information. to this letter contains the items discussed and Holtec's responses. Enclosure 2 contains the revised Summary of Proposed Changes (SOPC) for HI-STORM FW Amendment 4. contains the Non-proprietary version of proposed changes to HI-STORM FW FSAR (Proposed Rev. 5.E). Enclosure 4 contains the proprietary version of proposed changes to HI-STORM FW FSAR (Proposed Rev. 5.E). Enclosure 4 contains information considered proprietary by Holtec, therefore Enclosure 5 is an affidavit in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 requesting the information in Enclosure 4 be withheld from public disclosure.
