This was the first occurrence of this type. (335-76-11).

CAUSE DESCRIPTION (continued) circuit in a solder joint in the external amphenol plug that mates to the actuator. It was also found that the ramp generator signal convertor gain could not, be set properly. The spare ramp signal convertor was calibrated, installed, and satisfactorily tested.

The original ramp signal convertor was returned to the manufacturer for repair.
