Enclosed for your records are eight certified copies each of endorsements 825 and 826 to Florida Power Ec Light Company's St.

Lucie Nuclear Plant MAELU Policy 9MF-88.

Endorsement 825 increases the Limits of Liability the full MAELU capacity of $ 36 Million in compliance with NRC financial protection requirements. Endorsement 826 amends the 1979 Advance Premium to correspond with the increase in limits.
