Florida Power & Light Company (St. Lucie Plant, Unit No. 2)
Docket No. 50-389A Gentlemen:
Today Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) has filed a Motion.for Modification of the Procedural Schedule incorpo-rated in the Board's Memorandum and Order dated December 11, 1981.
Given.the approaching time deadlines set forth in that schedule, it would appear that an expedited response to this Motion is warranted, in order to permit the Board to rule on the requested modifications and clarifications of the schedule befcre those deadlines arrive.
Accordingly, FPL proposes that responses to this Motion be filed, via hand-delivery with the Board, no later than hgK December 29, 1981.
A proposed order implementing this re-quirement is attached.
