Dear Judge Bloch:
We enclose copies of the filings required of Florida Cities pursuant to the Board's Memorandum and Orb e of December 11, 1981.
As you will note, the filings are dated January 14, 1982, rather than January 13, 1982, the date called for in the Order. The inclement weather of January 13, 1982, including, we understand, the early closing of NRC offices, prevented the filing of the material on January 13, 1982. The material is therefore being served and filed on this date, and is dated accordingly.
We also note that the signature pages of the affidavits of Robert E. Bachen l
and Harold H. Wein, filed in connection with Cities' Objections, are copies.
