Revision 10, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) has provided the initial licensed operator post-examination materials for the examination administered during the weeks of October 17, October 24, and October 31, 2016.

The following examination materials were hand-delivered to the Chief Examiner, Chuck Zoia, on Monday, November 14,2016, as required by ES-501, "lnitial Post-Examination Activities."

. Graded written examinations with each applicant's answer sheet o Master examination and answer key

. All questions asked by the applicants and answers provided by examination proctor during examination administration Written examination seating chart

. Completed Form ES-403-1 'Written Examination Grading Quality Checklist" o Results of written examination pedormance analysis and substantive comments

. Original Form ES-201-3 "Examination Security Agreement" There are substantive comments with contended questions associated with this examination.

EGC requests that information concerning this examination is withheld from public disclosure for two years in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
