Mike, As per guidance of Directive 8.11, Review Process for 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions, Part IV, Petition Review Activities, the licensee may provide voluntary response to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff on the issues identified in the petition. Please note that your response will be made publically available and you should provide a copy of your response to the petitioner also at the following address:
