Dear Ms. Dixon-Herrity,
On Friday July 21, by the e-mail below, I filed comments by San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace (SLOMFP) on a proposed No Significant Hazards Determination for a License Amendment Request by Pacific Gas and Electric Co. for the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant. The comments consisted of a declaration prepared by nuclear engineer David Lochbaum on SLOMFPs behalf.
After filing the comments, I noticed an error in the caption for Mr. Lochbaums declaration. It should have said BEFORE THE NRC STAFF, not BEFORE THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD. The attached revised declaration corrects that error. It also corrects the electronic title of the document to reflect the correct date of filing, August 21 (not August 20). The declaration has not been changed in any other way.
Please substitute the attached declaration for the one I sent on Friday.
