Enclosed is NRC Form 536 for the calendar years (CY) 2018 thru 2021. The Form is provided per request of Regulatory Issue Summary 2016-09 [Reference 1].

The Enclosure is based on the plan to permanently shutdown James A. FitzPatrick Power Plant [Reference 2]; however, recent events may require a change to this plan and the number of Operator Licensing Examinations scheduled. If this happens, an update to NRC Form 536 will be submitted.
