Brenda, We received the NRC Letter, Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit 2 - Release of Information Pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act Request, dated March 7, 2016. Our Legal department communicated with GE, which along with the site verified that there is no concern with any proprietary information withholding from public disclosure for the described photograph of an electrical breaker used in an NRC internal document to be released in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Therefore, we do not plan on submitting an affidavit requesting withholding of this information and understand the NRC will release the photograph to the public in response to the FOIA request.
