Re: N-716 Tom - as discussed, no need for a clarification call at this time for the review; however, the submittal states that the flaws in N1A and N1B nozzle-to-safe end DM welds were detected in previous inspections - please provide the dates of the previous inspections that found the flaws for N1A and N1B.
