Dear Administrative Judges:

Pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) Memorandum and Order dated June 15, 2011 (Order) and Order (Granting Motion for Modification of Initial Scheduling Order) dated November 2, 2011, the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) notes that the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with open items was published July 31, 2012. The Staff published the SER on September 3, 2013. The Staff published the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) in February 2014. The date that the Staff anticipates publishing the Final SEIS has changed. The Staff currently anticipates publishing the Final SEIS in March 2015. The Staff plans to issue a supplemental SER in May 2015.
