NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff is filing this notification to inform the Commission and participants that on February 27, 2020, the Staff issued conforming amendments to Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-66 and NPF-73 for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-3 for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1, and Facility Operating License No. NPF-58 for Perry Nuclear Power PIant, Unit No. 1, to reflect the direct transfer of the operating authority for the facilities from FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company to Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp., the direct transfer of the ownership of the facilities from FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation, LLC to Energy Harbor Nuclear Generation LLC, and the indirect transfer of the ownership of the facilities from FirstEnergy Corp. to Energy Harbor Corp. The conforming amendments may be obtained online in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Public Documents collection at https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html under Accession No. ML20030A440. The conforming amendments were issued consistent with the order approving the transfer transaction (ML19193A002) following the consummation of the transfer transaction on February 27, 2020 (ML20058D315).
