In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) June 15, 2011, Memorandum and Order, the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) currently expects to issue the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS), Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS), the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with Open Items, and the Final SER as indicated in the table below.
