In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) June 15, 2011, Memorandum and Order, the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) currently expects to issue the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS), Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS), the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with Open Items , and the Final SER as indicated in the table below.

The Staff is not currently able to provide an updated projected date for issuing the SER with Open Items. The Staff anticipates that it will be able to provide the Board a projected date for issuing the SER with Open items in its next scheduled update in December 2011.
