Pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) Memorandum and Order dated June 15, 2011 (Order) and Order (Granting Motion for Modification of Initial Scheduling Order) dated November 2, 2011, the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) notes that the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with open items was published July 31, 2012. The Staff published the SER on September 3, 2013. The Staff currently anticipates publication of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) in October 2013 and the Final SEIS in June 2014.
