The purpose of this letter is to provide notification that FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC), applicant in this proceeding, sent the enclosed letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission today. The letter provides FENOCs responses to the NRC Staffs October 26, 2012 Follow-up Requests for Additional Information (RAIs) B.2.43-1, B.2.43-2, and B.2.43-3 regarding Shield Building laminar cracking. The letter identifies revisions to the Davis-Besse License Renewal Application.
