ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE, UNITS 1 AND 2- REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REVISION 15 OF THE PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN, AND SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN (TAC NOS .. MF3598 AND MF3599}

Dear Sir or Madam:

By letter dated June 12, 2013 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML13165A344}, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy, the licensee),

submitted the Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO), Units 1 and 2 Physical Security Plan (PSP),

Training and Qualification Plan (T&QP}, and Safeguards Contingency Plan (SCP}, Revision 15.

The enclosure to the letter contained Safeguards Information and has been withheld from public disclosure. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is currently reviewing the submittal to ensure compliance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations ( 10 CFR),

Section 50.54(p)(2). The NRC staff has determined that the additional information requested in the enclosure is needed to complete its review.

A clarification call for these questions took place with the Entergy security and licensing staff on March 10, 2014. Your response is requested no later than 30 days from the date of this letter.

The Enclosure to this letter contains Security-Related Information. When separated from the enclosure, this letter is DECONTROLLED.
