Docket No. 50-206 Proposed Change Nos. 76 and 126 to the Technical Specifications San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 By letter dated March"9, 1984, you requested additional information within 30 days regarding Proposed Change Nos. 76 and 126. San Onofre Unit 1 is currently in the process of-replacing DC Battery Bank No. 1 due to end of service life. Since Proposed Change Nos. 76 and 126 contain information which will be revised due to installation of a new DC battery bank, further modifications to the proposed change, in addition to those resulting from your request for additional information, will be necessary. The specifications for the new battery are not available at this time. When the specifications are obtained, the appropriate sections of the proposed change will be revised and forwarded to you. With this submittal we will include the additional information requested by your March 9, 1984 letter. The present schedule for obtaining the specifications of the replacement battery is within 45 days. We will notify you if this schedule is revised.
