SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY and SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, hereby submit Amendment No. 116.
This amendment consists of Proposed Change No. 126 to the Technical Specifications incorporated in Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 as Appendices A and B.
Proposed Change No. 126 is a request to revise the Limiting Conditions for Operation and corresponding surveillance requirements for the station electrical supplies.
In the event of conflict, the information in Amendment No. 116 supersedes the information previously submitted.
Based on the safety evaluation provided in the Description of Proposed Change and Safety Analysis, it is concluded that (1) the proposed change does not involve a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92 and (2) there is reasonable assurance that the health and safety of the public will not be endangered by the proposed change.

Proposed Change No. 126 is being submitted as requested by the NRC staff to support the NRC staff review of Proposed Change No. 76.
Proposed Change No. 76 was determined to be a Class III amendment and the fee of
$4,000.00 was remitted.with the application for Proposed Change No. 76. Since Proposed Change No. 126 incorporates NRC staff comments on Proposed Change No.
76, no further application fee is required.
