MARK A. PULONE I wanted to write and advocate for an inclusive and transparent SCOTT C. SMITH regulatory process regarding the possibility of restarting the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) Unit 2.

SUSAN A. RAMOS It has been made clear to me that the Southern California Edison utility (SCE) also endorses this approach.

Given these two facdtors, and if the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) determines tthrough their due diligence actions that reactivating SONGS is safe, I w()uld be in favor of moving forward with the re-start process.
