Dear Mr. Weber:

This letter is to inform you that the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will conduct a Category 3 public meeting/open house at 6:00-8:00 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday May 30, 2013, at the Maud Preston Palenske Public Library, located at 500 Market Street, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085. The purpose of this meeting is to provide an open public forum to discuss the NRCs annual assessment of D. C. Cook Unit 1 and Unit 2 for 2012. The NRC will be available to answer questions from the public regarding plant performance, as well as the NRCs oversight of the facility.
