FORTHCOMING MEETING WITH INDIANA MICHIGAN POWER COMPANY TO DISCUSS THE LICENSEE'S PROPOSED USE OF NFPA 805 FOR FIRE PROTECTION (TAC NO. ME6083 AND ME6084)

DATE & TIME: Tuesday, May 10, 2011 9:00 a.m. - 11 :00 a.m. (Eastern Time)

LOCATION: One White Flint North, Room 0-16 B4 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852 PURPOSE: NRC and licensee partiCipants will discuss the licensee's proposed transition to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Code 805, "Performance-based Standards for Fire Protection for Light Water Reactor Electric Generating Plants." This is the only item on the agenda.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe and will have an opportunity to communicate with the NRC staff after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
