Comparison of risk reduction from various modifications George, you've asked for my assessment of the risk reduction from various modifications that Duke is considering. Here are my estimates. They are estimates based on my incomplete knowledge of what is being developed by Duke. To refine them, I would need significantly more information about each modification and how it changes the existing design.
