Folder: Current Evaluation, File: DBNPS CR-0442 Mode Hold - this contains the licensee's technical assessment.

Folder: Questions and Responses, File: SB-0036 - includes observations and comments from the two professors consulted by the licensee.

These documents will provide all the necessary background information on the problem. Please let me know if you have any questions. Please copy Elba Sanchez and Jim Neurauter on the emails - as I will be out of office in training starting tomorrow and may not be able to check emails frequently. Elba (630 829 9715) is the RIII contact person for this issue.
