FENOC provides the following minor editorial comments on the attached telecon summary: , page 2, the heading at the bottom of the page should be moved to page 3 to stay with the associated text. , page 3, the heading for RAI B.2.399 needs a dash inserted between the "9"s, to read RAI B.2.39-9. , page 3, 2nd paragraph under the heading for RAI B.2.39-9, last sentence starts with, "As an example the applicant pointed that...," but the word "out" is needed between "pointed" and "that", to read, "As an example the applicant point out that...". , page 3, 3rd paragraph under the heading for RAI B.2.39-9, 2nd sentence reads "...updated, but that it could document...", but the word "it" should be "they", to read, "...updated, but that they could document...". , page 4, the heading at the bottom of the page should be moved to page 5 to stay with the associated text.

Note that this item may be addressed when the previously identified changes are made.
