The submittal of this additional information, consisting of "Attachment Y - NFPA 805 Transition Risk Insights," results from the NRC Acceptance Review of the original LAR (References 2 and 3). Previously submitted Supplement 1 to the LAR (Reference 4) provided the balance of the information requested in the Acceptance Review.
