  • Green - Failure to properly implement a safety-related surveillance procedure resulted in a Safety Injection Accumulator being inoperable
  • Green - Inadequate work procedure for a Unit 2 Charging pump resulted in pump failure 16

NRC Annual Assessment Summary Millstone

  • Dominion operated the plant safely and in a manner that preserved public health and safety and protected the environment
  • Millstone remained in the Licensee Response column of the NRCs Action Matrix for all four quarters of 2007
  • All cornerstone objectives were fully met
  • NRC plans baseline inspections at Millstone for the remainder of CY 2008 17
