Purpose:

The NRC requested an Annual Assessment Meeting with PSEG management to discuss the NRCs assessment of the safety performance at the Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations for calendar year 2006. The NRCs assessment is documented in a letter dated March 2, 2007.

The public is invited to observe this meeting. After the business portions, but before the NRC adjourns, the public will have an opportunity to communicate with the NRC regarding Salem and Hope Creeks performance and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations.
