U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
One White Flint North 11545 Rockville Pike, Room 04-B06 Rockville, Maryland PSEG has requested a pre-submittal meeting with the NRC staff to discuss a planned digital instrumentation and controls license amendment request. PSEG intends to replace the existing analog Power Range Monitor subsystem at Hope Creek Generating Station with the more reliable, microprocessor-based digital General Electric-Hitatchi (GEH) Nuclear Measurement Analysis and Control Power Range Neutron Monitor system.
This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting via phone and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
Proprietary information will be discussed at certain times during this meeting. These portions of the meeting will be closed to members of the public who have not been granted access to the information by the owner of the information.
