U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) 21 Church Street, Room 4C19 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE:
NRC and PSEG staff will discuss the proposed exemption from the schedular requirements of the final rule for 10 CFR 73.55 for Hope Creek Generating Station and Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, as described in PSEG's submittal dated November 3, 2009, as supplemented on November 20, 2009. The meeting is closed since safeguards information will be discussed.
