NPF-12 SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 1 South Carolina Electric & Gas Company, acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits four controlled copies of the Revision 1 to the Security Plan, (SP-001).

A "Summary of Plan Changes" is included as part of each controlled copy. These changes do not degrade the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan as described in 10CFR50.54(p).

Please note that even though the cover page has Safeguards Information stamped at the top, it is a decategorized document and does not contain safeguards information. The enclosure to this letter contains information of a type specified in 10CFR73.21 and must be withheld from public disclosure.
