24-091 RO 50-395 NPF-12 VIRGIL C. SUMMER NUCLEAR STATION (VCSNS) UNIT 1 READINESS FOR 95001 SUPPLEMENTAL INSPECTION; EA-23-093 By letter dated December 21, 2023 (Reference 1), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRG) notified Dominion Energy South Carolina (DESC) of a Notice of Violation (NOV 05000395/2023002-01) and associated White Finding. In Reference 1, the NRC informed DESC of plans to conduct a supplemental inspection in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95001. DESC is prepared to support the NRC 95001 Inspection the week of March 18, 2024.
