1. Yes we did receive a copy of the licensee's risk assessment and this has been reviewed in Region IlIl and in NRR. It was dated April 8, 2002 and the licensee plans an update to their submittal by May 10.

The Region, after discussing with NRR has decided to send the licensee a set of questions to assist us in I

/ 1I evaluating the risk-significance of this event. We have not completed our own assessment of the signifcance of the event.

2. I will get a copy of the licensee's initial and subsequent risk-assessment submittals to you.

So,

,' q1- did we get a copy of this assessment from the licensee and evaluate it in Reion Ill?

q2- if so, could you please send me (RES\DRAA\OERAB) a copy of this probabilistic assessment?
