Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Request for Additional Information (RAI), BVPS Unit 2 IPEEE Response Date Extension By letter dated July 28,1998, NRC requested additional information regarding the Individual Plant Examination of External Events (IPEEE) for Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2. The letter requested a response within 60 days of receipt of the letter, which was received by Duquesne Light Company on August 3,1998. The purpose of this letter is to request additional time to respond to the RAI.
Additional time of 45 days is being requested to respond to portions of the fire i
events questions and to provide a detailed response to the RAI. The response to the RAI for Beaver Valley Unit No. 2 IPEEE will be provided by November 16,1998.
