FITNESS FOR DUTY REPORT MRO SIX MONTH REPORT From January 1,1997, through June 30, 1997, our records indicate one confirmed positive in the Random program category in the licensee pool. There were no positives recorded in the short or long tenn contractor pools.

RANDOM On June 4,1997, a licensee employee experienced a confirmed intoxilyzer positive test result. The employee was placed on indefinite suspension, denied unescorted access and referred to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for evaluation and treatment recommendations. Unescorted access has not been reinstated.
