December 31, 2012 L-2012-451 10 CFR 50, Appendix E US Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, DC, 20555-00001 Re: Turkey Point Unit 3 Docket Nos. 50-250 Emergency Response Data System Changes Due to Replacement of the Main Steam Line High-Range Noble Gas Effluent Monitor This letter is being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, VI, 3.a, "Maintaining the Emergency Response Data System," due to changes to the Turkey Point Unit 3 (TP3)

Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) Data Point Library Reference File.

Turkey Point Unit 3 has recently replaced the Main Steam Line High-Range Noble Gas Effluent Monitors. As a result of these design changes, the ERDS point IDs associated with the main steam line monitor has changed. Specifically, instead of a single ERDS point ID, there are now three individual ERDS point IDs associated with each of the Turkey Point Unit 3 main steam line monitors. As such, the following ERDS point ID is removed from the Turkey Point Data Point Library Reference File:

TP3 ERDS DATA POINT INFORMATION DCS Point ID Plant Specific Generic Condition Description Point Description Description R6426_A Main Steam lines Main Steam Lines RAD6426 Main Gamma Hi Rng Radioactivity Steam Line High Range Gamma In its place, the following three new point IDs are added to the Turkey Point Data Point Library Reference File:

TP3 ERDS DATA POINT INFORMATION DCS Point ID Plant Specific Generic Condition Description Point Description Description R6426ACV Main Steam Line Main Steam Line A RAD-3-6426A 3A NG Activity Radioactivity R6426BCV Main Steam Line Main Steam Line A RAD-3-6426B 3B NG Activity Radioactivity R6426CCV Main Steam Line Main Steam Line A RAD-3-6426C 3C NG Activity Radioactivity Florida Power &Light Company 9760 SW. 344h Street Homestead, FL 33035 Aa)-&
