SUMMARY

Unit 1 started the reporting period in the SLI-19 refueling outage. The unit was returned to normal operation on April 25, 2004. In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.6 there were no challenges to the power operated relief valves (PORVs) or the safety valves during the report period.
