This letter forwards the Revision 9 changes to the Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) Physical Security Plan (PSP) which were effective on December 10, 2010.

Attachment A provides a summary of the changes. The changes were reviewed and judged not to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the BVPS Physical Security Plan. Accordingly, this revision is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).

The enclosed revision of the BVPS Physical Security Plan is Safeguards Information and must be withheld from disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
