Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Reactor Vessel Capsule X Analysis Report Enclosed is a copy of WCAP-16527-NP, "Analysis of Capsule X from FirstEne(rgy Nuclear Operating Company Beaver Valley Unit 2 Reactor Vessel Radiation Surveillance Program," Revision 0, dated March 2006.

A technical summary of the results of the mechanical property tests conducted on the fourth capsule withdrawn from Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2 is provided in this report. The report is being provided in accordance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix H, Section. IV. The report includes the data required by ASTM E185 as specified in 10 CFR 50 Appendix H paragraph III.B.1.

The analysis results indicate that no changes are required to the heatup and cooldown curves contained in the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2 Pressure and Temperature Limits Report or the capsule withdrawal scheduled contained in Table 5.3-6 of the Unit No. 2 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report.
