Areas Ins ected:
Routine, unannounced inspection by the resident inspector of construction activities including:
electrical components and systems, structural concrete, containment dome liner welding, reactor vessel internals, reactor coolant pressure boundary piping, structural steel, maintenance and preservation of equipment, and general activi ties in progress at the site.
The inspection involved 51 inspector hours on-site by one NRC inspector.
Results:
Of the eight areas inspected, one item of noncompliance was identified in the area of equipment preservation and maintenance.
