The following actions are being taken to achieve compliance and prevent recurrence:
Emergency Response Organization personnel who were requalified a. by means not specified in the Emergency Plan will complete

Emergency Plan classroom retraining by October 8, 1993.

the twenty-five (25) personnel who were requalified by means not specified in the' Emergency Plan, twenty-two (22) have completed the requalification requirements.
