- As requested.by Region III, NRR completed a review of the EQ test documentation for Kukla terminal blocks used in 10 CFR 50.49 designated applications at Callaway. NRR concluded that' qualification of the terminal blocks has been demonstrated.. This conclusion is based,'in part, on our understanding that the terminal blocks are not used in instrumentation circuits.. This information was discussed and confirmed-during a. telephone' conversation between Mr. M. Kopp of my staff and _Mr. R. Haines of your staff on December 21, 1987.
