NRC INSPECTION REPORT No. 50-482/92-31 Thank you for your letter dated January 11, 1993, in response to our letter and Notice of Violation dated December 11, 1992. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation.
With respect to Violation 4B2/9231-02, we acknowledge that the violation should have stated that the inoperability of motor-operated Valve 3N HV 88128 would have inhibited *
lineup of Train B residual heat removal suction to reactor coolant system.
However, as you have the Loop 4 hot leg n
