Enforcement Conference to discuss the findings associated with an inspection of licensee actions regarding operability concerns relative to the Unit I containment personnel airlock (NRC Inspection Report 50-445/90-33; 50-446/90-33).
This meeting will include discussions concerning:
(1) failure of the personnel airlock Type B test conducted in accordance with Appendix J to 10 CFR Part 50, (2) the documentation inadequacies associated with the personnel airlock hydraulic system, and (3) the mispositioned l
equalizing valve in the personnel airlock.
