This is to confirm that at my request, on Tuesday morning, April 20, 1982, NRC Region IV personnel notified you by telephone that a copy of Inspection and Enforcement ("I&E") Report 50-445/81-12; 50-446/81-12 (issued April 16,1982) was made available to you at the NRC Region IV office. Based on my telephone conversations with you and Region IV on April 20, 1982, I understand that, rather than obtaining a copy of the report from Region IV that day, you requested that Region IV mail a copy of the report to you. According to Region IV, that report was mailed to you on April 20, 1982.
